Nach langem hin und her ob MUSE nun einen Song zum Twilight Eclipse Soundtrack beisteuern oder nicht, ist diese Diskussion mit Erscheinen der Platte nun Gott sei Dank beendet. Während es für Twilight Fans vermutlich eher nebensächlich ist, ist es für mich der Hauptgrund den Soundtrack überhaupt näher zu betrachten. Da fällt einem sofort ein alter bekannter ins Auge, er gute Howard Shore, der mit seiner Score maßgeblich zum Erfolg von Herr der Ringe beigetragen hat. Auch über die Beteiligung von The Dead Weather (die mich erst vor kurzem mit dem Song Die by the Drop erfreut haben) finde ich super.
